Mining jobs from the Protein Graph Mining page are assigned a unique project ID. The data from a successful job is stored for 48 hours on the server, and can be accessed here using the project ID. One can also enter the project ID of a currently running job to receive a status update. For new users wishing to explore the functionality, try loading one of our two test jobs: EXAMPLE1, or EXAMPLE2.
